📦 Shipping Policy

At TnT Flavor Company, we work hard to get your bold flavors delivered quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Times

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time are generally shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery times.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen service.

  • If you are a member of our Founders Club, free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout.


Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • U.S. Territories that do not require import forms or fees (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [helpdesk@tntflavor.com] within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos (if applicable).


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once shipped. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
